Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: I accept any major credit card, debit card or checking account through PayPal. You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account to pay this way.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: All items ship within 3-5 business days of cleared payment via USPS to the address given on the PayPal. You will receive an email from PayPal with tracking information once your item has shipped. International customers will receive an email from Forshee Designs once the item has shipped. Unfortunately, international shipments are not trackable. Note that I cannot be responsible for lost international shipments.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes! These are my favorite things to do because it breaks up the monotony of making the same items over and over! If you see an item you like but want it in a different fabric, just ask. I will be happy to create something special for you. Feel free to contact me at april@forsheedesigns.com or through my contact page.
Q: Do you accept wholesale or consignment orders?
A: I do not participate in consignment, but I will accept wholesale orders at a 10% discount from my listed prices. The minimum order is $150 and product will be delivered within 6 weeks.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: My first goal is that my customers are happy with their purchases. If you have any issues with your purchase please contact me to discuss the issue.
Refunds/exchanges can be made with the exception of custom or personalized orders. Refunds/exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the item and if the item is in the original, unused state. You will receive a refund using the same method you paid, less shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received.
